I attended and spoke at the annual CMT Global Research Convention on September 22-23 in Cambridge, MA.  It was an exhilarating time visiting with over 100 scientists working in common cause to find treatments and cures for CMT.  I am more optimistic than ever that we are close.  Join the movement!

Here are two of the incredible people I met at the convention. Jamal Hill is the managing director of Acquatics today, LLC.  He is also a Paralympian Swimming Medalist @ Team USA.  He won a bronze medal at the last Paralympics games.  He also suffers from CMT.  (Jamal is the taller of the two).

Brian King Joseph is an artist and an incredible violinist.  He was a finalist on America’s Got Talent   He also suffers from CMT.
